Agreement to terms
By using AskJoey (askjoey.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AskJoey is an AI-powered dating profile optimization platform. We provide tools to write dating bios, generate dating profile photos, and get AI dating coaching. These terms govern your use of all features on the platform.
Who can use AskJoey
You must be at least 18 years old to use AskJoey. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
What the service does
AskJoey provides:
- Dating profile writer — AI-generated bios and prompts optimized for dating apps like Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, and others
- Photo boost — AI scoring, ranking, and generation of dating profile photos
- Dating coach — AI-powered conversation starters and date planning suggestions
All content generated by these tools is created by AI based on the information you provide. Results vary and are not guaranteed to produce specific dating outcomes.
Your content
You own the dating profile bios, photos, and other content you create using AskJoey. You grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems to deliver the service.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information you provide to our dating profile tools
- How you use AI-generated dating profile content on third-party dating apps
- Ensuring your uploaded photos are yours or that you have permission to use them
- Complying with the terms of service of any dating app where you use content from AskJoey
Acceptable use
Do not use AskJoey to:
- Create fake or misleading dating profiles intended to deceive others
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Generate content that is illegal, harassing, or harmful
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
- Resell or redistribute AskJoey-generated dating profile content as a competing service
- Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI-generated content
Dating profile bios, photos, and coaching suggestions generated by AskJoey are AI outputs. You should:
- Review all generated dating profile content before using it
- Not rely on AI-generated dating advice as professional counseling
- Understand that AI-generated dating profile photos may not perfectly represent your appearance
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accepted by any dating platform or produce any specific result.
Payments and credits
AskJoey uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through Stripe or PayPal.
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- Credits are used when you generate dating profile content or photos
- Credit costs per feature are displayed before you confirm each action
- Unused credits remain in your account as long as your account is active
- Prices may change with advance notice
Intellectual property
The AskJoey platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, belongs to AskJoey. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform itself.
You retain ownership of:
- Dating profile content you create using our tools
- Photos you upload
- Custom bios and prompts you generate
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Any remaining credits are forfeited unless you are entitled to a refund under applicable law.
Service availability
We aim to keep AskJoey available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
AskJoey is provided "as is." We do not warrant that:
- AI-generated dating profile content will be error-free or meet your expectations
- The service will be available at all times
- Dating profile optimization will produce specific results on any dating app
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AskJoey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AskJoey against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your use of AI-generated dating profile content on third-party platforms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AskJoey operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
